Privacy Policy

JOBROX Solutions Inc. (“JOBROX”) provides a service that involves the collection, evaluation and disclosure of personal information to Corporate Clients seeking to recruit new employees. JOBROX highly values the protection of personal information and ensuring its integrity is crucial.

Security measures are in place to protect personal information against unauthorized access or disclosure. Our employees have been trained to respect privacy and those employees with access to personal information may only use such information in accordance with the law governing Privacy of Personal Information for the province of British Columbia, Canada.

Personal Information Collected
JOBROX maintains a secure Database of resumes received from the website, www.jobrox.com or any other source, from qualified technical professionals and applicants wanting consideration for employment. This Database, along with current addresses, telephone numbers and related contact and interview information provided by applicants when inquiring about employment is maintained in a secure environment.

JOBROX may ask an applicant to update their personal information when conducting a search for a qualified applicant to fill a new position. Applicants are also asked to take the initiative to update their personal information when there are significant changes to qualifications, experience, employment preferences or contact information.

Candidate personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill our recruiting responsibilities and legal requirements governing retention of such records.  Records may be removed from the database without notification.

Use of Personal Information
Personal information, resumes and contact information provided by you, to JOBROX, will only be used for the purpose of evaluation for employment in current and future opportunities received by our recruiters. We present your resume, on your behalf, to our corporate clients.  If your skills do not match current requirements, we will endeavour to consider your application for all relevant future staffing projects at JOBROX.

The personal information provided by you, is used for the sole purposes of assisting you in your search for employment; we do not sell or otherwise distribute applicant/candidate lists or personal information to any other party.

Consent to Use and Disclosure
By providing us with your resume or other personal information and applying for a position through JOBROX, you agree that we may use and disclose such information to a prospective employer, for the purpose of having you considered for employment.

You may withdraw your consent to future use and disclosure of this information at any time.  You are solely responsible for notifying JOBROX if you wish to withdraw your consent, either in writing or via electronic mail. Upon withdrawal, we will not be able to consider you for future employment opportunities.
